ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Effective Date: July 28, 2026Last Updated: July 28, 2026

SoftScale AI LLC (“SoftScale AI,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing a website and digital experience that are accessible and usable for the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities.

This Accessibility Statement applies to SoftScaleAI.com and related webpages, forms, resources, and website-based services operated by SoftScale AI (collectively, the “Website”).

1.Our Accessibility Commitment

SoftScale AI believes that people should be able to access information, resources, programs, and services without unnecessary barriers.

We are working to improve the accessibility, usability, and inclusiveness of the Website over time. We seek to consider recognized accessibility practices and use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”) 2.2, Level AA, as a reference point for ongoing accessibility efforts.

This statement does not represent that every page, feature, document, or third-party tool currently conforms to every WCAG success criterion.

2.Accessibility Measures

Depending on the Website’s features and content, our accessibility efforts may include:

  • Using clear page titles, headings, labels, and content structure
  • Supporting keyboard navigation where reasonably practicable
  • Providing text alternatives for meaningful images
  • Using readable text, spacing, and color contrast
  • Avoiding reliance on color alone to communicate important information
  • Providing visible focus indicators for interactive elements
  • Labeling forms, buttons, links, and input fields
  • Providing understandable instructions and error messages
  • Supporting text resizing and responsive layouts
  • Providing captions, transcripts, or alternative formats for multimedia when reasonably practicable
  • Reviewing downloadable documents and resources for accessibility
  • Testing selected pages and functions with automated and manual methods
  • Considering accessibility when adding or updating Website content and features

Accessibility is an ongoing process. The measures used may change as the Website, technology, standards, and available resources change.

3.Alternative Access and Reasonable Assistance

If you have difficulty accessing information, completing a form, registering for a program, downloading a resource, or using another Website feature, please contact us.

When reasonably practicable, SoftScale AI will work to provide the requested information, communication, or service through an accessible alternative method.

Alternative methods may include:

  • Providing information by email
  • Assisting with a form or registration
  • Supplying a document in another available format
  • Providing written information instead of audio or video
  • Providing another reasonable communication method

The availability and timing of a particular alternative may depend on the nature of the request, the content involved, technical limitations, and available resources.

4.Reporting an Accessibility Barrier

We welcome feedback about the accessibility of the Website.

To help us understand and evaluate a concern, you may include:

  • The webpage address or name of the affected content
  • A description of the barrier
  • The action you were attempting to complete
  • The device and browser used
  • Any assistive technology involved
  • The format or assistance that would be helpful
  • Your preferred method of contact

You are not required to provide disability or medical information to report an accessibility concern.

5.Response to Accessibility Feedback

SoftScale AI will make reasonable efforts to review accessibility concerns and determine appropriate next steps.

Depending on the concern, we may:

  • Provide assistance or an alternative format
  • Correct or update content
  • Modify a Website feature
  • Contact a third-party provider
  • Add the issue to an accessibility-improvement plan
  • Explain a technical or operational limitation

We cannot guarantee that every reported issue can be corrected immediately or in the manner requested, but we will consider reasonable and practicable solutions.

6.Third-Party Content and Platforms

The Website may contain or link to third-party content, embedded media, scheduling systems, payment processors, customer-relationship-management tools, social-media services, maps, videos, documents, applications, or other platforms that SoftScale AI does not fully control.

SoftScale AI encourages third-party providers to offer accessible products and services but does not control or guarantee the accessibility of third-party content, platforms, or features.

If a third-party feature creates a barrier, please contact us. We will consider whether an alternative method is reasonably available.

7.Downloadable Documents and Media

Some documents, presentations, videos, recordings, archived materials, or resources may not yet be fully accessible in every format.

If you need assistance accessing a downloadable document or media item, contact us and identify the material you need. We will make reasonable efforts to provide an accessible alternative when practicable.

8.Ongoing Improvement

SoftScale AI may periodically review and update the Website, accessibility practices, and this Accessibility Statement.

Accessibility improvements may be prioritized based on:

  • The severity and impact of a barrier
  • The frequency with which a feature is used
  • The importance of the affected service or information
  • Available technology and resources
  • Feedback from Website visitors
  • Changes in the Website or applicable requirements

The updated version of this statement will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.

9.No Limitation of Rights

Nothing in this Accessibility Statement limits any right or protection that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable disability, accessibility, civil-rights, or consumer-protection law.
